This Law provides statutory provisions on environmental protection activities; measures and resources used for the purpose of environmental protection; rights, powers, duties and obligations of regulatory bodies, agencies, organizations, households and individuals who are tasked with the environmental protection task.

This Law regulates the procedure for submitting, receiving petitions and initiating bankruptcy process; the asset liabilities and measures for asset preservation during bankruptcy settlement; procedure for business operation recovery; the declaration of bankruptcy and implementation of Decisions on the declaration of bankruptcy.

This Law applies to investors, other organizations and individuals (hereinafter referred to as entities) involved in business investment. This Law deals with business investments in Vietnam and outward business investments.

This Decree provides regulations on derivative securities and derivative securities market.Applicable entities are Vietnamese and foreign organizations or individuals investing in derivative securities and operating on the derivative securities market in Vietnam;other Vietnamese and foreign organizations or individuals involved in investments in derivative securities and the derivative securities market in Vietnam.

The scheme is aimed at setting up the system of measures to manage import of goods in conformity with international commitments and the progress of integration into the international economy by 2020 with the intention of achieving objectives set out in the strategy for import of goods for the period 2011 - 2020 with a vision to 2030.

This Decree defines the rights and responsibilities of employers, employees , representative organizations of labor collectives, agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the implementation of some provisions of the Labor Code on employment contracts, collective bargaining, collective bargaining agreements, salaries, labor discipline, material liabilities and labor dispute settlement.
