- Currently leveling, infrastructure, collateral works, storehouses, equipments, water supply systems, rain-water and waste water drainage infrastructure are invested.

Project foundation:

-           Pursuant to Decision 3173/QĐ-UB dated on June 30th, 2004 of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee on approving Saigon Agriculture Incorporation to change the purpose of land use to construct the industrial complex in Le Minh Xuan commune, Binh Chanh province.

-           Pursuant to Decision 1663/QĐ-UB dated on April 19th, 2004 of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee on approving land use detail planning rated 1/2000 the industrial complex of SAGRI;

Pursuant to Document 477/QHKT-QH dated on March 04th, 2005 of Planning and Architecture Service on approval of agreement on detailed planning rated 1/500 of industrial complex plan.
