d.         One – top Service

The one-stop  service center supplies free services for investors concerning procedures for setting up enterprise, getting an investment license an import-export service, arranging land lease and transfer, construction permission and regular immigration visa among others

The center’s all services are free, but clients have to pay fees for completing  procedures required by the government.

e.         Office for Lease

The QTSC offers three classes A, B and C for high-rise building, for different demands of enterprises. Our buildings can ensure the comfort as designing construction material and quality meet international standards.  All of them have the reasonable arrangement for each customer

Besides, equipment for an office include light bulbs, sockets, air conditioner, ventilator and automatic interrupter is in place but clients can equip their area with desired decorations, office equipment like computers, printers, fax machines, photocopies and telephones, phone lines and internet cables.

f.          Business  Services include drink-water, cleaning office and building

On the other hand, QTSC service center, in cooperation with another  enterprise, to manufacture and distribute drinking water bearing the brand of Quang Trung Soft Water.

g.         Transport and parking lots

There are 12 different main routes from HCMC’s downtown available for students and employees who are working at IT companies.

The complex now has five 16-seat Toyota Hiace minibuses. It also cooperates with other companies to use vehicles to 50 seats, even sedans such as the Camry or BMW. Clients can hire these cars for employ- ees, or for business or travel

h.         Banking
