II. Tao Dan stadium underground parking lots

- Area: 1,500 m2

- Objectives: Building underground parking lots with combining service areas

(supermarket, retail chains, entertainment centers etc.)

- Investment Capital: VND 1,100 billion

- Technical details: Occupied on-the-ground area: 1,500sqm. Underground construction area:

40,000sqm. Total under ground floors: 4. Capacity: 3,000 cars and 4,000 2-wheel vehicles.

- Investment form: BOT.
