1.1 Analysis and testing area: area 16.392 m2, Building density 40 – 50%, height: 1-2 floor, land usage ratio: 0.4 – 1; Purposes/ Function: + Test the medicine in phase 1 from I to III (clinical trial phase I, II, III) to make new medicine, and this is one of the most important stages. This is the chance for international cooperation in research and applying Vietnamese biotechnological medicine techniques. + In addition to clinical trials, this area also functions as a medical test center as well as the professional examina- tion and diagnosis center. Form of investment: J/V, 100% FOC, BCC, BOT… Total proposed investment capital: US$ 20 to 50 million. Status: Cleared site. Ready to launch projects: Infrastructure, administrative area, research area, greenhouse, plant cell culture. 1.2 The areas producing and packaging of biomedicine products: Total areas of 32.787m2, building density 40-50%, height from 1 to 2 floors, land usage ratio 0.4-1; Purposes, Functions: + Building compound areas including 1 factory for fermentation and processing of biological products (mainly protein recombinant vaccine), + 1 chain for medicine processing and packaging.
