Project 60: Constructing technical infrastructure and residential area

Location: Hamlet 3, Nhon Duc Commune, Nha Be Dist., HCMC (15km far from central city)

Total investment area: 56.3 ha

Investment capital: estimated at US$ 98 million (including 2 phases:

Phase I: 34.4 ha – US$ 61.23 million and

Phase II: 17.9 ha – US$37.11 million)

Objective: building new urban area including villas, semi-detached garden houses, apartments, public works and park

Form of investment: JV, BCC

Project Developer: Saigon Real Estate Corporation

Project 61: Hiep Phuoc industrial park and urban area

Location: Nha Be District

Area: 1,600 ha

Objective: Meet with the needs of changing for the Port system on Sai Gon River, contribute to rearragement, rebuild and development of Port system. Develop main ports and modernized ports of the city. Development of industrial and service sectors.

Additional information: The project is under the strategic plan of Ho Chi Minh city, at the present is conducting the test “Master plan of building Hiep Phuoc port zone”.

Project developer: Tan Thuan Industrial Development Corporation.

Project 62: Reside No.2, Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District

Location: Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be district

Area: 7.57 ha

Objective: To serve for the resides of those projects in District 4, 7, 8, Binh Tan and Binh Chanh district.

Additional information: Supervisors: South Sai Gon Development Corporation (SADECO). Finished compensation over 70%

Hoc Mon District

Project 63: Building subsidized houses in Hoc Mon District

Location: Dong Thanh Commune, Hoc Mon Dist.

Total investment area: 35ha

Investment capital: estimated at VND 893 billion equivalent to US$ 44.65 million Objective: building subsidized houses for low-income earners and resettlement Form of investment: direct investment

Project Developer: Ho Chi Minh City Co-operative Union

Project 64: Residential area and International University

Location: Hoc Mon District

Area: 830 ha

Objective: Building universities and residential areas according to international standards to serve for education at undergraduate and master degrees.

Investment capital: VND 2,250 billion

Additional information: Decision No.6079/QĐ-UBND dated 01/12/2005 of The People’s Committee of the city approved of Master plan of the North West Metropolitan Area.
