Project 43: High - level building 629 court, Cach Mang Thang 8 street

Location: 629 court, Ward15, District 10, Ho Chi Minh city

Area: 1.3ha

Objective: Rebuild downgraded residential areas at 629 Cach Mang Thang Tam, provide housing fund for resides of the expanding projects of Bac Hai and Le Thi Rieng Park.

Additional information: Clearance and compensation of 217 independent houses. Urban Detailed Plan ratio 1/2000 for Residential Areas in Ward 15, District 10, according to that the project has high - level maximum 25, total households 600. Investment status: Calling for investment.
