Project objectives:  Develop advanced and the first models of the city health sector on the basis of linkage between the health personnel training, scientific research (medical universities) with work of medical treatment patients (hospital) international standard for the city, the country and neighboring countries in the region.

4. Location: Area Trang Dai Phuoc Hiep Commune, Cu Chi (the right of Highway 22, TransAsia road in the direction of Ho Chi Minh City - Tay Ninh Province) far from Ho Chi Minh City about 35 km.

8.400 students, general project include: training area, treatment area, research area, sporting area, park, resettlement area, trading and service area, the technical infrastructure.

6. The present situation:

- People’s Committee of Cu Chi district is implementing compensation and ground clearance of land for construction zones.

-Department of Health has established detailed planning tasks 1/2.000, waiting for People’s Committee approval of construction model of city institute - schools.

- Method of investment: Calling investment from individuals and organizations in country or foreign countries that to meet financial requirements and experience in the health sector to achieve quality training by international standards with the form of capital in total investment (compensation, infrastructure, planning, construction ...).
