Investment purpose : To attract investors for the development of the automobile engineering field, in spare parts production, new assembling, repairs of transportation means, New designing, renovation and new fabrication of motorized vehicles Invested funds : 325, 919,840,000 VND The project area : The planned area 112.91 ha of which : o Industrial zone area: 99,9 ha o Residential area : 13.ha + For worker dormitories. + Guest house for specialist and family homes Functional areas:
Economic, technical standards: - Regarding land for construction: + Factory construction density in the land lot: < 50% (for scattered construction). < 70% (for concentrated construction). + Floors of construction : 1 ~ 3 floors + Coefficient of land use : < 2 + Standard of electricity supply for production: 150 kw/ha. + Standard of water supply industrial use : 45m3/ha/day. + Rubbish and waste standar : 1 ton/ha/day - Limitation of construction : Factory construction and other construction works should be left retreat area (s) as regulations of constructions. - Regulations of walls construction: All the walls and gates of factories should be constructed in accordance with the united designation in orther to the overall beauty of IP. - Technics in construction land: the height of designed base shall be > 4.5m (comparison with Hon Dau standard height) with slope from West to East 0.3% in average. Incentives to be granted: Pursuing to Decree No 24/2007/ND-CP dated February 2007 of the Government regulating the detailed implementation of the law on Enterprise’s income, the allocated enterprises in the zone will be granted of an incentive in privileged tax rate as follows

The Production: - Any related field and branch in connection with the production, manufacture, if spare parts of accessories, semi finished products, and functional blocs of automobile, fuel supplier, and semifinished product for the fabrication of the details spare parts of the vehicles. - The production supporting branches, where the parts of the vehicles are manufacture such as the interior decoration of the room, the frame, the hull, the suspension, the engine, the axles, the transmission system, the fear box, the steering system for the trucks, the passenger cars, specific purpose vehicle, development with selection some engines, gear box, trans mission system spare parts at large quantity serving to assembling at place and export. - Manufacture, repair, assemble automobile and conveniences, equipment for communication and transport. - Design, reform, manufacture mechanical conveniences. - The preferred branches are then concentrating in the engineering, the robotlike, electric and electronic, - The other non polluting industries 2. The services - Any supporting services to the production, export and import of the enterprise in the automobile engineering. - The transportation charter and the depot storing service. The incentive to the investor: In the year 2008 Hoa Phu Joint Stock Company will apply the encouraging price of 50 USD / m2 / 49 years to the investors who make the renting for the first 10 ha of the zone.
