Green consumption trends and export information to the Thai market in 2024

Time: 23/04/2024 - 23/04/2024

Amidst the global shift towards organic, sustainable, and circular products, green consumption is emerging as an inevitable trend. This shift is driven by an increasing consumer awareness of the need for environmental protection, leading to changes in behaviors and preferences towards environmentally friendly products and practices. Consequently, Thai consumers are increasingly favoring healthier processed foods, presenting a significant opportunity for Vietnamese exporters to penetrate this market and potentially expand to third countries.

Building on the success of a series of activities aimed at assisting Vietnamese businesses in promoting products, expanding markets, finding suitable partners, and leveraging existing consumer trust, the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) is joining forces with Central Retail Vietnam. Together, we focus on increasing access for Vietnamese products to Thai consumers by integrating these products into supermarkets, distribution channels, and through Central Retail's own brands in both Vietnam and Thailand. To further these efforts, we are organizing a workshop titled 'Green consumption trends and export information to the Thai market in 2024', with the following information:
