3.Projects of building water treatment plant along riversides of Nhieu Loc - Thi Nghe river - General information: Recovery and disposal of all waste water treatment plant of the water area from Nhieu Loc - Thi Nghe to ensure achievement of the hygiene standard of water discharged into SaiGon stream, approved at 6015/BKH-KCHT&ĐT dated 19/8/2008 by Department of Planning and Investment. - Location: District 2 - Investment capital: US$100 million - Forms of investment: ODA, BOT. - Summarized primary technical parameters: Capacity: 501,000 m³/day and night. Transferring pipes:12.5km. Project Developers: Fasep (French) funding to realize the research phase.

Synthesis Mud (Sludge) treatment plant (including septic sludge, sediment from dredging and drainage canals, mud from waste water treatment system which were not infected with hazardous components) - General information: Receiving and treatment of septic sludge, sediment from dredging and drainage canals, mud from waste water treatment at districts in the city, factories, Northwest Industrial areas. Projects of building Treatment Areas for contaminated and hazardous industrial waste, - General information: Receiving and handling the entire volume of industrial solid waste and hazardous waste with compound technology (secure landfill, solidification, recycling, incineration, and energy recovery) incurred on the City. - This is 1 in 2 primary programs, within the long - term plan of 2011-2015 that Department of Natural Resources and Environment has registered with The People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. - Capacity: 2,000 tons/ day - Location: Northwest compound zone for waste treatment
6. Projects of collecting, disposal and treatment for polluted water along the basin of Tham Luong - Ben Cat River - General information: 1, 2 and 3 grade of drainage system. In compliance with the project of Tham Lương - Ben Cat water treatment projects conducted under B-T form of contract. - Scale of project: 5,703ha - Location: District 12, Go Vap, Binh Thanh, Hoc Mon - Investment capital: VND 3,738 billion

Build roads and parks alongside the river with total length of 30km each. Building grade 2 channels (40km), improving grade 3 channel (600 km). Investment mode: ODA, BT (land capital exploitation)
9. Treatment for polluted water of Saigon west area - Location: District 12 - General information: Environmental sanitation for water in the basin of Tham Luong - Ben Cat - Rach Up River. Giving permission at 6015/BKH-KCHT & ĐT document dated 19/8/2008 by Ministry of Planning and Investment. - Investment capital: US$ 170 million - Summarized primary technical parameters: Construction of 2, 3 graded sewers: 63 km in length. 33 km sewer main construction. 3 km of sewers convey. Forward pumping station 86 m3/min (2 stations). Treatment Plant: 110,000 m3. Plant Site area 11 hectares. Investment form: BOT (after water treatment)

Project of dredging in the river basins of Son bridge, Bong bridge, Lang stream, Van Thanh stream - General information: Environmental improvements, dredging of canals for drainage to ensure the project in accordance with the City Environmental Sanitation (Nhieu Loc Basin - Thi Nghe). - Location: Bình Thạnh District - Status: In process. Total length of 12.5 km. - Investment capital: VND 3200 billion - Investment forms: ODA, BT combining with land capital management, urban reconstruction.

North Sai Gon water treatment Terminal 1 - General information: Collection, treatment of all waste water in the region, improving the quality of environment in the basin north of Saigon 1, including 9 wards: Eastern Spirit, Western Spirit, Linh Chieu, Hiep Binh Phuoc, Binh Chanh Biep, Tam Phu, Tam Binh, Binh Tho, Truong Tho. Capacity 139.000m³/day - Location: Truong Tho ward, Thu Duc district - Investment capital: US$252 million (GPMB cost not included) - Status of implementation: assessment of pre-feasibility study report.
