– Le Thanh Ton – Thu Khoa Huan: 13,399 sqm; Nguyen An Ninh- Phan Chau Trinh- Le Lai – Truong Dinh: 8,050 sqm; Nguyen An Ninh – Phan Chau Trinh- Le Lai- Truong Dinh: 4,400 sqm; Le Thanh Ton – Nguyen Trung Truc – Luu Van Lang – Phan Boi Chau: 5,760 sqm; Phan Boi Chau – Le Thanh Ton – Nguyen Trung Truc – Le Loi: 5,760 sqm

Area: 5,835 sqm

Objective: Proposed commercial and service center, retail stores consist of 6 – 8 floors. The new construction is still ensured of the existing architectural form.

Status: The area includes townhouses combined with commercial, retail stores of 4 -7 floors

Project 4: Renovation of the area in the city’s center

Location: Tran Hung Dao Sport Center

Area: 2,350 sqm

Objective: 15 – 20 floors. Trade Service and office building with hotel.

Project 5: Condominium 128 Hai Ba Trung

Location: 128 Hai Ba Trung, Ward Dakao

Area: 1,488 sqm

Objective: renovate old Condominium
