Investment capital: VND 8.458 billions (US$528 million)

- Phase 1: VND 5.765 billion (US$360 million).

- Phase 2: VND 1.417 billion (US$168 million)

Compensation for ground clearance: finished paying compensation for ground clearance and acceptance

(site clearance fees: 48.5 billion dong)
