CAN GIO PREMIER RELAXATION PRECINCT
Location: Can Gio District, HCM City
Objective
- Building a relaxation precinct for post-treatment patients those need recuperation, the elderly and other that need relaxation to health improvement.
- Building a area of examination and treatment (examination, X-ray, checkup, physical therapy, sick- room,…)
- Administrative and activities area (working, swimming pool, tennis, beauty care, library, theater, restaurant, boats …)
- Relaxation area (international standard room service)
Project scale: 50 hectares, 500 beds Investment form: 100% FIEs, J.V, BCC Investment incentive:
- Land rental exemption granted to: education, healthcare, culture, sport, and science – technology pro-jects for large public usage (Decree 142/2005/ND-CP dated 14/11/2005)
- Corporate Income Tax: 20% for in 10 years, 2 years tax holiday and 50% tax reduction in following 3 years (Decree 164/2004/ND-CP dated 22/12/2003)
