- Location: Cu Chi District

- Objectives: According to the Master plan, conduct investing and building the Belt Roads, transportation connection with other provinces and cities in the areas in order to release the pressure for inner-city transportation.

- Investment Capital: VND 5,900 billion

- Technical details: - Part 1: 15.8 km (from Phu Thuan bridge to Long An borders (ĐT 823, Hau Nghia )

- Cross-section plan: 10 lanes

- Investment form: BT, BOT in combination with BT, ODA or other appropriate form

Belt Road No.4 – Section 2

- Location: Nha Be district

- Objectives: According to the Master plan, conduct investing and building the Belt Roads, transportation connection with other provinces and cities in the areas in order to release the pressure for inner-city transportation.

- Investment Capital: VND 2,500 billion

- Technical details: Part 2: 6.18 Km (From Ranh Long An to Hiep Phuoc Industrial zone ).

- Cross-section plan: 10 lanes

- Investment form: BT, BOT in combination with BT, ODA or other appropriate form.
